What to include in your first message

You do not need to prepare anything elaborate. But if you can cover these three points in your first message, we can answer the actual question instead of asking our way around it:

• Which asset — where, what type, what price is being asked. A photo of the title or the parcel details makes it faster.
• What is holding you up — doubts about the legal status, uncertainty about the price, or no clear picture of where the area will be in ten years.
• Your timeline — deciding this week, or still looking around.

What we do and do not do

We provide information, analysis and an evaluation framework so that you understand the asset you are considering.

The investment decision is yours. So is the responsibility for it.

We do not manage portfolios, do not manage assets, and do not guarantee returns.

We advise only on what the asset actually has — nothing added, nothing promised that is not already there.

Which means there will be times when we tell you not to buy, or to wait. That is an answer too, and usually the one worth the most.
